1. Custom Order Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)
We specialize in fully customized gear tailored specifically to your business, company or brand.
- Final Sale: Because these items are custom-manufactured for your specific brand, we do not offer general returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
- Customization Notice: Since each garment is unique to your company, these items cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Our Replacement Guarantee (The Exception)
While we do not offer standard returns, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost if your order arrives with errors or does not match your approved mockup.
This applies in the following cases:
- Incorrect Products: Receiving a different item or style than what was specified in your final order.
- Major Design Errors: Significant differences in the design or logo compared to the mockup you approved.
- Color Discrepancies: Major color errors that do not match the approved digital proof.
- Sizing Errors: If the physical product size received does not match the size ordered on your invoice.
3. Sizing & Measurements
To ensure you get the perfect fit, please note the following requirements:
- International Standards: We use standard sizing based on international garment standards to ensure a consistent and reliable fit.
- Customer Responsibility: You must know how to take proper measurements as shown in our Size Chart to ensure you select the correct size.
- Sizing Tolerance: Industry standards allow for a physical variance of up to 0.5 inches from the size chart; please account for this when measuring.
4. Important Notes on Custom Production
- Color Variance: Colors may vary slightly between the actual physical product and digital files due to monitor calibrations and fabric absorption.
- Mockup Approval: Once a mockup is approved, the design is considered final.
5. How to Request a Replacement

- Attach clear photos of the error or the area where the product does not match the mockup or size chart.
- Once verified, we will prioritize your replacement production.
